Just remove the husks, then spread the kernels out on a baking sheet lined with wax paper. Can I freeze sweet corn on the cob in Ziploc bag?
Once the ears are completely cooled, remove the silks and place the cobs in a large freezer bag. Add about 1/2 cup of water to the bag to prevent the corn from drying out. Squeeze out the excess moisture and seal the bag. You can freeze the corn in the bag for up to 3 months.
