The biggest moment of the season happens when klaus makes a deal with the Originals to save his life. The deal includes that Klaus will turn over his soul and make his siblings vampires. He is then turned anyway, and almost immediately realizes that his new life is not what he expected. He is still haunted by his memories and the love of his life and can’t see his siblings as people. This leads to a feud between all sides and tension in the group.
