This is an important question to ask yourself. It helps you realize how far you have come and that your journey is one of progress. Now that we’ve looked at the feelings you had during the experience, it’s time to focus on how you feel right now. You’ve already been through the worst part of the experience, which is the actual death. Your body is no longer in pain, and your loved ones can be with you as you experience whatever comes next. You are experiencing the after-death part of your journey, and the feelings you have will vary from person to person.
