For me, writing quickly is a skill that takes practice. I like to write in a quiet place free of distractions. The right music can help me focus, but noise can distract me and force me to write more slowly.

If you have to type out a lot of text, the fastest way to do it is to use copy & paste. Of course, it’s not always possible to use copy & paste when you’re writing a long document, like a book, but if you’re writing a short blog post or something similar, then copy & paste can save you a lot of time.
How to copy and paste text fast?
One of the fastest ways to copy and paste text is to first highlight the text you want to copy. While holding down the Ctrl key, press the Shift key at the same time. This will highlight the text in all open windows. Now simply copy the selected text and paste it into your document. It will be pasted as whatever the clipboard contains. You can also store the copied text to the clipboard using Ctrl+C.
