When you are trying to find the focus, look for the brightest areas of the photo. You might not be able to see the entire image on your screen, so be sure to scroll around, looking for any white spots or bright colors that might be the focus of the photo.

The live view offers an easy way to judge whether your camera is in focus. First, press the shutter button halfway to lock focus and exposure.
