While applying page borders in Google Docs for desktop is relatively easy, there are no options to add page borders for mobile devices. Currently, there is no way to add page borders to Google Docs on mobile devices using the web client. However, you can add page borders using the Google Docs mobile app. The steps are different for iOS and Android devices.
