It’s possible that the One Punch Man anime season 2 will happen! The Japanese anime company Bones recently produced a commercial for the Funimation simulcast of the second season, so they’re definitely interested in more One Punch Man. The official Twitter account for the anime also shared a post on September 9 that seems to confirm that there will be more anime.

One Punch Man was originally created by manga artist, writer, and artist One and artist Ryōsuke, published in manga magazine The Hero. It was then adapted to anime, which premiered in 2014. In the story, a young hero named Saitō, who is able to beat any opponent in a single punch, is sent to defend the world from various monsters and villains.
