What does self awareness mean to me?
When we’ve developed self awareness, we know who we are and how we feel. We’re aware of what motivates us and what makes us feel bad. We know what triggers us and helps us respond to situations in a healthier way. This doesn’t mean that we’re overly critical or condescending to others. It simply means that we’re more aware of our thoughts, feelings and actions so that we can make better decisions.
