Why do dogs whine when they see you?
The first thing we want to say is that dogs don’t actually “ whine when they see us. It’s not a dog language. It’s just frustration, confusion, or an alert that something isn’t right. If you’re walking down the street and notice a dog following you, take it as a friendly sign and pet the dog. They’re just interested in making friends.
